Presented by our BAM! (Business, Advocacy and Mentorship) intiative, the MDHCC Roundtable is a meeting of noncompeting CEOs and Business Owners in a confidential, trusting and non-confrontational atmosphere. The meetings provide members with the opportunity to discuss their business challenges and potential opportunities with other like-minded individuals. The discussions are facilitated in a structured mastermind environment to enable the group to understand the situation through questioning with the goal of providing solutions and recommendations that make sense. As data from several top national companies demonstrates, the companies whose CEOs participate in peer advisor meetings grow faster and are more profitable than their competitors.
